This Privacy Policy applies to PREMIOVA PROPERTIES LLP (referred to as PremiumProperty4U, we, our, us), a Limited Liability Partnership incorporated in India under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, bearing LLP Identification Number ACQ-1898.
We operate the PremiumProperty4U™ Platform — a tech-driven real estate marketplace for buying, selling, and renting properties in India — accessible via:

We are not an estate agency or property broker. We provide the Platform as a self-service marketplace. We are the Data Controller for personal data processed through the Platform.
Trademark Notice: PremiumProperty4U™, our logo, and associated branding are trademarks of PREMIOVA PROPERTIES LLP. No user, third party, or business may use our name, logo, or brand elements without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use constitutes trademark infringement and will be pursued under applicable Indian and international intellectual property law.

Property listers (individuals or businesses listing properties for sale/rent);
Property seekers (buyers, tenants, and enquirers);
Suppliers, business partners, and service providers;
Job applicants.
This Policy does NOT apply to third-party websites linked from our Platform. We recommend you review the privacy policies of those websites independently.
Our Platform is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.
PremiumProperty4U™ is a registered trademark and brand identity of PREMIOVA PROPERTIES LLP. The following are strictly prohibited without our prior written authorisation:
Using the PremiumProperty4U™ name, logo, or any confusingly similar mark in any business, website, application, or marketing material;
Scraping, copying, reproducing, or redistributing our Platform content, listing data, design elements, or proprietary technology;
Creating derivative platforms, apps, or tools that mimic or replicate our Platform;
Using our brand or data to train AI/ML models or for any commercial intelligence purposes without consent;
Reverse-engineering our mobile applications, website code, algorithms, or recommendation systems;
Impersonating PremiumProperty4U™ or our staff on any channel.
Any violation will be subject to legal action under the Trade Marks Act, 1999 (India), the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Copyright Act, 1957, in addition to civil and criminal remedies available under Indian law.

We collect the following categories of personal data depending on how you use our Platform:
Full name, email address, mobile number, password (encrypted);
Date of birth (for age verification);
Profile photo (optional);
User type: buyer, seller, tenant, landlord, or agent.
Property address, location, and GPS coordinates;
Property photographs, videos, floor plans, and virtual tour content;
Asking price, rental price, availability dates, and property description;
Ownership declarations and supporting documentation submitted voluntarily;
Communication history related to a listing.
Security Note: All property listing content you upload is your sole responsibility. You must not upload images, videos, or documents containing personal data of third parties (e.g. faces, private correspondence) without their consent. We may remove non-compliant content without notice.
Name, email address, phone number submitted via enquiry forms;
Message content, call recordings (where applicable), and chat transcripts;
Enquiry history and response records.
IP address, device type, device ID, operating system, and browser type;
App version, mobile network information, and session data;
GPS/location data (with your permission) for property search and map features;
Crash logs, performance data, and diagnostic information;
Cookies, local storage, and similar tracking technologies (website);
App-level device identifiers (iOS: IDFA; Android: GAID) — collected only with your consent.
Pages visited, search queries, filters applied, listings viewed, and time spent;
Wishlist/saved property activity;
Click patterns, scroll behaviour, and feature usage;
Marketing email opens, clicks, and unsubscribe actions.
Payment information processed via secure third-party payment gateways (we do not store card details);
Transaction history for premium listing or subscription services;
UPI IDs or bank account references (only if direct payment is offered).
Government-issued ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport) for property listers where verification is required;
Selfie or photo verification (where biometric verification is used);
Address proof documents.
KYC documents are processed with strict access controls, encrypted at rest, and deleted after the verification purpose is fulfilled or within the period specified by applicable law.
Business name, contact details, and authorised representative information;
PAN, GST number, and bank details for contractual purposes;
Due diligence and background check results.
CV, cover letter, work history, qualifications, and references;
Interview notes and assessment results.
We collect personal data through:
Direct input: when you register, list a property, submit an enquiry, or contact us;
Automated means: via cookies, app SDKs, analytics tools, and device sensors when you use the Platform;
Third parties: identity verification providers, payment gateways, fraud prevention agencies, and public records (e.g. government property databases);
User-generated content: property photos, videos, descriptions, and documents you upload;
Social login: if you choose to sign in via Google or other OAuth providers, we receive your basic profile data from that provider.

Enabling property search, map, and filter features;

Security monitoring, penetration testing (internal), and incident response;

PremiumProperty4U™ is a technology-driven platform. We use Artificial Intelligence (AI), machine learning models, and data analytics as core components of our service delivery.
Smart property recommendations based on your search history and preferences;
AI-powered property valuation estimates and market trend analysis;
Fraud detection: identifying suspicious listings, fake accounts, and unusual activity patterns;
Automated image analysis to verify listing photo quality and detect inappropriate content;
Natural language search: understanding your search intent beyond keywords;
Chatbot and virtual assistant support for common queries;
Content moderation: automatically flagging potentially fraudulent or policy-violating listings;
Personalised email and push notification timing and content;
Performance monitoring: detecting platform issues and anomalies.
We may profile your activity on the Platform to understand your home-buying/rental stage, property preferences, and service needs. This helps us:
Suggest relevant properties and services to you;
Personalise your homepage and search results;
Tailor our marketing communications;
Identify platform improvements.
We do NOT make any fully automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you without human review. You may object to profiling at any time by emailing: premiumproperty4you@gmail.com with the subject line: OBJECT TO PROFILING.
We apply data minimisation: AI models use only the minimum data necessary for the purpose;
Training datasets are anonymised or pseudonymised wherever possible;
We do not sell or share your personal data to train third-party AI models;

Our iOS and Android applications collect data in ways that differ slightly from our website. This section explains app-specific data practices.
Location (GPS): To show nearby properties, calculate commute distances, and enable map-based search. We request 'While Using App' location access only, not background location. You can revoke this in your device settings at any time.
Camera & Photo Library: To allow you to upload property photos. We do not access your camera or gallery without your explicit action.
Push Notifications: To send you enquiry alerts, listing updates, and (with consent) marketing messages. You can disable notifications in your device settings.
Contacts (optional): Only if you choose to share a property listing via your contacts. We do not store your contacts.
Biometric Authentication (optional): Face ID / fingerprint login for account security. Biometric data never leaves your device.
iOS (Apple App Store): We comply with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines and App Privacy requirements. Our app's Data Nutrition Label is maintained and updated with each release.
Android (Google Play Store): We comply with Google Play's Data Safety requirements and User Data Policy. Our Data Safety form is maintained and updated with each release.
iOS: We request permission to use IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers) via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before any tracking occurs. You may decline.
Android: We use GAID (Google Advertising ID) only where you have not opted out via your device's Ad Personalisation settings.
When you update our app, this Policy continues to apply. Material changes will be displayed on-screen and may require your acceptance before continued use. We recommend keeping the app updated to benefit from the latest security patches.
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Our mobile apps use equivalent technologies (device identifiers, local storage, and SDKs).
Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the Platform to function (e.g. login session, security tokens). No consent required.
Functional Cookies: Remember your preferences (e.g. saved searches, language). Require your consent.
Analytics Cookies: Help us understand how the Platform is used (e.g. Google Analytics). Require your consent.

We may use Google Ads conversion tools. When you submit enquiry forms, we may pass a one-way hashed (SHA-256) version of your email to Google for conversion attribution only, where you have consented to advertising cookies. We do not send plain-text email addresses to Google for this purpose.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only in the following circumstances:
When you submit an enquiry about a listed property, your contact details and message are shared with the lister (property owner or agent). We are not responsible for how listers subsequently handle your data.
We engage trusted third-party providers to operate the Platform, including:
Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers;
Payment gateway operators (for premium services);
Identity verification / KYC providers;
SMS, email, and push notification delivery providers;
Analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Firebase);
Customer support ticketing systems;
AI and machine learning infrastructure providers;
Cybersecurity and fraud detection providers;
Marketing automation platforms (only where you have consented to marketing).
All processors are contractually bound to process your data only on our instructions and to maintain appropriate security standards. We do not permit processors to use your data for their own purposes.

Necessary to prevent fraud, financial crime, or protect national security;

As a tech-driven real estate platform, we take the security and integrity of user-generated content and platform activity extremely seriously.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, data preservation, and potential legal action:
Uploading fraudulent, fabricated, or misleading property listings;
Using the Platform to collect deposits or payments under false pretences;
Scraping property data, contact details, or any Platform content using bots or automated tools;
Creating multiple or fake accounts to circumvent bans or manipulate listings;
Uploading content that infringes copyright, contains malware, or violates any third-party rights;
Using the Platform to conduct phishing, spam campaigns, or social engineering attacks;
Attempting to access other users' accounts, data, or private communications;
Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code from our apps or website;
Uploading images or videos containing personal data of individuals without their consent;
Any activity that damages the reputation or operation of PremiumProperty4U™.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS-encrypted connections;
Passwords are stored using industry-standard cryptographic hashing (bcrypt/Argon2);
Sensitive data (KYC documents, payment info) is encrypted at rest using AES-256;
We conduct regular internal security audits and vulnerability assessments;
Role-based access control (RBAC) restricts internal access to personal data;
We maintain an incident response plan for data breaches;
App binaries are obfuscated and protected against reverse engineering;

All property listings and user-uploaded content are subject to:
Automated scanning for prohibited content, malware, and policy violations;
AI-assisted review for image quality, listing authenticity, and fraud signals;
Manual review by our Trust & Safety team for flagged content;
Immediate removal of any content found to violate our policies, without prior notice.
To report suspicious listings, fake accounts, platform abuse, or suspected fraud:

We will investigate all reports within 72 hours and take appropriate action.
If you discover a security vulnerability in our Platform, website, or mobile apps, please report it responsibly to: premiumproperty4you@gmail.com | Subject: SECURITY DISCLOSURE. Do not exploit or publicise the vulnerability before we have had reasonable time to investigate and remediate it. We appreciate good-faith security researchers and will acknowledge valid reports.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Our general retention guidelines are:
Account data: retained for the duration of your account plus 3 years after deletion (for legal/audit purposes);
Property listing data: retained for 2 years after a listing expires or is removed;
Enquiry and communication data: retained for 2 years;
KYC/identity verification documents: deleted within 90 days of verification, unless longer retention is legally required;
Payment transaction records: retained for 7 years as required under Indian tax law;
Security logs and access records: retained for 1 year;
Anonymised analytics data: retained indefinitely (cannot identify you);
Marketing consent records: retained for 6 years from the last interaction;
Job applicant data: retained for 6 months after the recruitment process concludes.
We may anonymise your personal data at the end of the retention period so that it can no longer identify you, rather than deleting it outright, for statistical and research purposes.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and applicable law, you have the following rights:
Right of Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
Right to Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements);

Right to Grievance Redressal: Raise complaints about our data practices with us or the Data Protection Board of India;

You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by:
Clicking the Unsubscribe link in any marketing email;
Adjusting notification preferences in your app settings;

Opting out of marketing does not stop essential service communications (e.g. account security alerts, listing status updates, policy change notices).
We primarily store and process your data on servers located within India. Where we use third-party service providers based outside India (e.g. cloud infrastructure, analytics platforms), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including:
Standard contractual clauses with data processors;
Verification that recipient countries provide adequate data protection;
Data processing agreements compliant with the DPDP Act, 2023.

Our Platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect, store, or process personal data of children (persons under 18). If we discover that a child has registered or submitted personal data, we will:
Immediately delete the account and all associated data;
Notify the parent or guardian if contact information is available.
